Returns & Refunds Policy
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason an artwork isn't the right fit for your space, I offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the artwork being marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging, including any Certificate of Authenticity provided with the piece.
To initiate a return, please contact me directly through the contact form on my website or by email.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Commissioned or custom artwork
Sale or discounted artwork
Gift cards
Digital downloads
Opened or damaged merchandise not caused by shipping damage
Refund Process
Once your artwork has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any artwork returned damaged, altered, or not in its original condition may be denied a refund or subject to a partial refund at my discretion.
Exchanges
If you receive an artwork and decide it isn't the right fit for your home or collection, I may be able to offer an exchange for another available artwork of equal or greater value.
The original artwork must first be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with any accompanying Certificate of Authenticity.
If exchanging for a higher-priced artwork, the difference in cost must be paid prior to shipment.
Damaged Artwork
Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival.
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:
The artwork
The packaging
Any visible damage
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Original Artwork
If an original artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, you may choose between:
A full refund, or
Store credit toward another available artwork
The damaged artwork may need to be returned before a refund is processed.
Prints
If a limited-edition or fine art print arrives damaged, you may choose between:
A replacement print (subject to availability), or
A full refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of shipping damage or an error on my part.
All returned artwork must be shipped using a trackable shipping service.
I strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot be responsible for artworks lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds and exchanges cannot be issued for returned artwork that is lost in transit without valid tracking information.
